These terms are an agreement between you and Hunt Proxy for the Hunt Proxy desktop application, its license keys and this website. By signing in, activating a key or using the application you accept them.
1. Authorized use only
Hunt Proxy is a security testing tool. You may use it only on systems you own or have explicit, written permission to test, and only within the scope of that permission. You are solely responsible for how you use it and for complying with all applicable laws and the rules of any program you take part in. We may end your access if we believe the software is being used to harm others.
2. Your license
A license key gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use Hunt Proxy for its term, on the number of computers (or, for Team keys, members) it allows. You may not share, resell or publish keys, work around license checks, or reverse-engineer the licensing. Hunt Proxy is proprietary software and is licensed, not sold.
3. Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days, is limited to one per Google account and one per computer, and ends automatically. Creating extra accounts to get more trials isn't allowed.
4. Payment and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance for their term at the price shown when you buy. Renewal keeps the same key. If a license isn't renewed, paid features lock at the end of the term; your data on your computer is not affected.
5. Team workspaces
Members of a Team license can share results through workspaces. Shared data is encrypted with your team's passphrase, which we never receive and can't recover. You are responsible for keeping it safe and for having the right to share the data you upload with your teammates.
6. Availability
We work to keep the license and workspace service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. A valid license keeps working offline for up to 30 days.
7. No warranty
Hunt Proxy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Security tools can miss vulnerabilities and can report findings that turn out not to be real; always verify results before acting on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hunt Proxy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any damage resulting from use of the software against systems you weren't authorized to test. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop using Hunt Proxy at any time. We may suspend or revoke a license that breaks these terms.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of [your country].
